Launched in January 2020, Watcher is the brainchild of Steven Lim, Ryan Bergara, and Shane Madej who met while working at BuzzFeed. Having previously created the hit viral shows Worth It and BuzzFeed Unsolved, our founders have taken that knowledge and honed it to create a company that is focused on creating the highest caliber unscripted series in the digital space and beyond. Our shows are built on the genuine curiosity and passion of our creators, and each is an earnest exploration into one of many topics- including food, travel, horror and everything in between. We are committed to creating a positive, inclusive community both in and outside the company, and are constantly growing our slate with new shows, formats and talent.
